Will was great. He responded quickly, came out to assess my needs, and performed the work on the spot as needed. I will definitely be using him as my go to IT person.
Will got back to me in a flash, and today 4/22, he showed up and installed the new ASUS Zen Mesh system and even recommended I get a Unifi Gateway for additional security. Wil was terrific. Extremely knowledgeable and patient. He explained everything and answered all my questions. He helped me choose the right product and got things set up. Definitely would recommend him. Very glad to have used him for our WiFi set up
Will showed up within an hour of my call, expanded our WiFi network, tested the product multiple times to ensure it was working correctly, and went on his way. That is the exact kind of service I look for in a contract. Fast, efficient, and reasonable. I highly recommend, and will be using again!
