Will helped me choose a new laptop which would suit both my needs and my budget. Once it arrived, he came to our home and not only made the transition seamless, he also fixed our other laptop and our phones so that everything worked together and worked with our aged printer. He accomplished everything in an hour and a half and promised to respond to any questions or problems I have going forward. I am completely pleased and wish I had done this sooner. I would have avoided hours of frustration 🫤
