My boss had a problem whereby his wifi didn't work in part of his home. After a few conversations with Will, he came on site and installed new routers, which fixed the problem. Then, a couple months later when the problem unfortunately arose again, although to a lesser extent, he recommend further action, in which he walked me through over the phone how to implement.
