I went to Hookey to watch Final Destination and the experience was a bit underwhelming. Unlike most theaters, there were no trailers or previews before the movie, so my friend and I sat in awkward silence with just a few other people in the room. We arrived around 9:50 PM and got some popcorn, but when we went back for a refill, we were told they weren't doing any more -- even though the last showing was at midnight. That was disappointing. Worst customer service. I sat and waited to order my food. The waiter literally helped everyone but me. Then I stood at the bar to order food and was completely ignored.

C'mon now. This place was begging for a soft opening as they are not nearly close enough ready to actually open. We started off by going to the dining area took about 15 mins to get my wife and I's waters. Had to move to the bar to get a drink. Took about 60 mins to get our 2 appetizers and 1 entree plate. While we were at the bar there were numerous complaints that people didn't get drinks or food AND some people didn't get their food when they ordered it while IN the movie theater.
