They had terrible service took us 1.17 hr to get our food. It was hot but seriously why so long?】I mentioned to mrg that the movie was way too loud and he said I haent received any complaints. I'm like really (in my head) what am I doing right now. He wanted to listen to it first. Did he turn the volume down, no. Never will I go back to this theater

Don't waste your money on the food. Yuck! I had the dynamite shrimp which was salty, the elote fritters which were gross and the churros which were good but hard on the ends. My grandson had the cheeseburger which he took one bite and said it was gross. My husband had the frito pie which he ate all of it so I'm assuming that was decent. We were in a smaller theatre so all the rows were the same height which was difficult for a 10 year old in the last row to see. Games are basic. There's no pool tables even though the ... read more

If I could put a negativity star I would. We booked tickets for Evil Dead Burns for Saturday 7/11 in Advance. Got a refund notice on our tickets 6 hours later. I had no clue what was going on. So I went online and saw the times had all changed for the showing. Keep in mind this is a new release movie. And that time was important and why I booked in advance. Won't be coming back after coming for at least a year. Ordered food and after 1 hour went out and checked and they didn't ever start the order yet. Manager said my option is a refund or Don't get my food. He couldn't care less and was rude. Older overweight guy with goatee. Won't spend my money here anymore.

Pizza was under cooked recieved 45 min into the movie. Beer never came and went to the bar and bartender blew me off there were 3 people at the bar. The food runner kept avoiding me. It would help to have a chat feature on app to keep us updated otherwise I may as well have gone and ordered at the bar prior to the movie. Hire people that ask how can I help instead of or reactive people that know basic questions like where do I go to cancel an order because it never came.

We caught the 7:30 show for Mandolorian last night. We sat in our seats around 7:35 and immediately placed an order for shoe string fries and the waffle brisket fries. 1/2 an hour has passed and we hadn't received our food. At 8:20 I walked out of the theatre to the concession counter where there was no one in sight, a gentleman finally pokes his head out from behind the wall and asks to take my order. The arcade needs a massive rework. Very expensive games for very broken equipment. I just spent 100.00 with my son on a Wednesday at 11:30 am in about 25 min. Played maybe 10 games, half of which were not working properly. Extremely overpriced compared to Dave&Busters and they have an arcade 5x the size. I was going to stay for lunch and bowling but I probably would have spent 250.00 just for my son and I to hang for a couple of hours.

Beautiful movie screens and theater, however, the overly puffy and uncomfortable seat headrest make it a 'never again' movie visit for me. The bowling lanes have fabulous and huge screens.

If I could give this theater a zero stars I would. The theater was dirty I was the first one in the Imax after the ushers cleaned and their was piece of popcorn all on the ground and the ushers were not nice I will not be returning again save y'all money and go to better theater.
