Super comfortable seats, great popcorn! The new management is making a big investment in improving the theater. I also appreciate that they are supporting our special needs community by partnering with our Special Olympics bowling team and hiring some of our athletes.

The manager Cody gets 5 stars.. he went above and beyond recently for our large family attending the opening of Superman. If you need anything, I highly recommend reaching out to him. And the staff was super helpful when a game wouldn't work. I feel like they are trying to turn things around. The bathrooms get a 2 and the cleanliness of the popcorn area gets a 3. We will be returning because of the great customer service but hoping the place gets cleaned up.
Came in with my girlfriend to bowl and she wanted the bumpers for her turn and I asked one of the workers at the counter and he told me that he only lets kids with special needs have the bumpers and just gave me a blank stare. I then talked with another person who was very helpful and told me that anyone and everyone can have bumpers no matter what and resolved the issue. ....We spent alot of money on tickets to relax and enjoy a movie. However, there was no hot dogs, no cheeseburgers, staff wasn't even wearing hairnets in the back where food was being prepped. Staff or lack there of was not very knowledgeable of their job nor could they even bother to inform people they were out of cheeseburgers. Please get your concession stands employees properly trained to follow health code standard. Wear a hairnet and clean gloves... it is not that hard.
Pricing, 26 dollars for a large popcorn, drink and a pickle? Plus NO hotdogs??? Really? AND no nachos? Plus rude staff. This place went down the shitter.

Don't book a birthday party here service was horrible no hostess and broken bowling lanes, management would not provide refund for bowling time that was paid for 15 kids overall horrible experience at this establishment .

I miss the showbizz/Evo era, I used to come to this place all the time and now it's nothing it used to be, I feel like this remodeling should of been done with the time its had, My last 3 visist were not the best since they barely had any food to purchase and only had popcorn and candy and water bottles, Hope this gets resolved soon
