The technician was so polite. I had called Horizon for a routine cleaning but the ac ended up having a circuit issue that needed to be repaired. The company who installed the system wanted tons of money to even come out and more money for an hourly rate! The technician for Horizon was so professional not only did I get the ac serviced I also got the system fixed and saved money😊!

Wow, Where do I even start?? The ABSOLUTE BEST and I'm not exaggerating!! The first Tech that came out made us laugh so hard and was absolutely wonderful! We had an appointment for the very next morning with a great guy named Mike and he looked at what needed to be fixed (ended being completely replaced) and how it was going to work and didn't leave out a single detail!! Horizon was THE BEST!! Prices were far better that competitors. I thoroughly researched, got estimates. Cost was very fair. Equipment well rated. Technicians were prompt, pleasant, well informed, accommodating. Very skilled in solving issues related to installation through no fault of their own, just the structure of my building. I would recommend this co for any plumbing heating or air conditioning work . They just finished repairing my sewer drains at my house . Just had Horizon out to service the heat pump at the new-to-me house. They serviced the HVAC system at my previous house for years, so it was a no brainer to contact them for this house. I appreciate that their Dispatcher sends an email with the Technicians name and picture prior to their arrival so you know who you’re opening the door to.
