It was a very nice property. The rooms were spacious and clean. The bed was comfortable. The staff was nice. Walking distance from the monarch, which had a very nice restaurant called 24/7. All in all an enjoyable time. The casino was very nice too.

Lots of items broken in room 865; heater was stuck on, windows wouldn’t open without creative MacGyvering, shower door wouldn’t move, bed lamps wouldn’t turn on, etc.

This was my 25th Wedding Anniversary and my 3rd time staying at the Horseshoe. Definitely will be back. Tables were fun, food was excellent and the room was clean, quiet and comfortable.
