My sister and I came to Horseshoe Blackhawk Colorado. This was our first time at Colorado so to have it located at a deserted area was inconvenient.

The place was nice, clean, had nice staff but the 3 of the 4 elevators were open, the room was nice but to pricey for what you get. The shower didn't get hot, and the food wasn't really that good for the price.

It was very nice inside, updated rooms. The air conditioner/heater wouldn’t go below 65 F and even in almost winter it was still too warm in the bedroom

Unfortunately, there are time when our AC system is shut down during the winter and early spring due to the very low overnight temperatures that we experience in the mountains.
