We loved everything about this property! The staff was amazing, our room was beautiful, loved the breakfast in the morning and the wine in the afternoon and the location was perfect! Can’t wait to go back!

So clean
My daughter and I had a lovely stay in August of 2023. The hotel was clean and comfortable. The staff was very gracious. We felt the resort fee was explained clearly and enjoyed the breakfast delivery, and additional treats in the lounge-- their cappuccino and croissants were delicious, including Happy Hour and we enjoyed the restaurant. The hotel is within walking distance of museums, shopping and close to the train and Grand Central Station making it easy to navigate the city. 10 out of 10 3rd time staying here and now it’s my go to hotel I love the rooms the service just all around excellent 😊
Staff was wonderful, but room not very clean, bedding uncomfortable and gym was unusable
Rude staff One of the counter staffs was rude when I checked in. She def has some attitude issue.
