Friendly, clean, quiet, consistent. Only area for improvement would be the furnishing are beginning to appear rather tattered. —-Time for and update.
Hotel room was neat and clean. Hotel staff was friendly and helpful. Complimentary breakfast delivered to the room was a pleasant surprise - most hotels do not offer this! Will definitely consider this hotel for a return visit to New York City as I consider it a good value.

Great all around satisfaction. Clean, attentive service and comfortable room.
It was very noisy on my floor, alot of door slamming etc.. Advertised 24 hr room service. Not true. Not even a menu in the room. I had to pay a $100 resort fee for wine and cheese (supposedly) tasting ($50 a day) each night I was there. I had ONE glass of wine and there was not cheese, some oiled almonds and green olives??? I could have had 3 glasses of wine somewhere for $50. Total rip off. Was supposed to get breakfast delivered to room both mornings, only got it the first morning and it was cold.
