Overall a pleasant stay Nice hotel, loved the big windows. Staff at front desk all super friendly and helpful. Some of the furniture is quite dated, giving the room an old feel. Pictures on website look nicer that the actual room. I understand that most hotels now charge the resort fee. I personally don't care for free wine during happy hour, nor did I use the gym. Great location, clean and modern, large rooms (for NY), nice touches (happy hour, breakfast ordering to room), and a friendly staff.
Hemos estado en varias ocasiones y siempre ha estado todo correcto. Esta vez echamos en falta el desayuno bufé, mucho mejor que el servicio de habitaciones del que disponen ahora, si bien la atención todas las mañanas de María y Mauricio fue inmejorable

Nice hotel
All the staff were extremely friendly and helpful. I wish the hotel restaurant had been open and the bedding wasn't all that comfortable and a/c/heater was extremely loud in the room.
