Overall, our experience was fine but there were a few things that need to be addressed. 1. We dropped our bags and pre-registered so our check-in would be quicker. We were told to come back around 3-4 pm. We got there a little after 4 pm and were told our room had not been cleaned yet and they were going to get it situated and call us, so we hung out at the restaurant bar (10/10 btw!). Bilder stämmer inte överrens med hur hotellet ser ut, så vi förväntade oss ett finare hotell. Stort rum för att vara NY. Informationen om frukosten var missvisande. Det stod på hotellinfon att det var ägg, frukt osv. men det var vanlig continental frukost med yoghurt, bär och dåligt bröd/sötsaker. Bra läge.
The staff was super friendly and helpful. I quite liked that you needed a key card to get to your rooms on the elevator and the from door after 7 pm, which seemed to add a layer of security. Also, I enjoyed that there was a Starbucks around the corner (in addition to the restaurant attached to the hotel's ground floor). The only drawback was that the bathroom's door was a sliding door that didn't close completely, which didn't really give you absolute privacy if you needed it. good location, subway station 2 blocks away
Hotel is could use an upgrade of furniture but the layout of the rooms and the space was very good. Bathroom also could use an upgrade but also nicely layed out and spacious.
Great location and nice bathroom. Main room was rundown in need of repairs. Didn’t like the extra fee that was put on after check in.
