Lovely but no pool The hotel staff was friendly and it was clean. The only issue we had was that it was listed with a pool on the sites which was false advertisement. The staff is aware of this and we’re apologetic. I wish we knew before booking because we picked this hotel over the higher rated one because it had a pool.
My room had to be changed and that process happened graciously, but it disappointing to see the broken furniture in room that I was previously assigned. On top of that, the floor was also not leveled and everything on the left side of the room leaned to the right. I was surprised that room was a first option for any customer. Great experience
The only convenient thing is the location , beyond that nothing special, you can fund a way better stay even for less money. Room: i think is time for management replace furniture (consumed enough) and re-fresh in general. Nice bathroom but no air extractor so vapor keep in the room and few spot of mold on the ceiling.
