Hotshots level of service has declined. The staff barely acknowledged us. We had an initial greeting from our server. Once we ordered and were served drinks, we had one check-in from our server. We were ignored despite trying to get her attention. We were going to order food. Unfortunately, too little to late. We paid our tab and left. The manager was invisible. He passed me once. Terribly slow service and they’re pouring some type of Rum out of an VO bottle not Captain Morgan
It’s been awhile since I’ve stopped at this location but stopped in this past Tuesday afternoon and ordered from bar because of past experiences and the service was very good Haley I think was the name. Thanks for the job you guys are doing there.
Would rather go anywhere else but Hotshots. Poor service. Noisy. Can’t hold a conversation because the music is full blast. Prices are high in comparison to other bars in the St. Charles area.
Don’t watch a game here. You won’t hear the game because they only want the jukebox running at high volume. Can’t hear anyone. Not much of a sports bar at all.
Great wings, but the service was terrible. Stood at the bar for about 15 minutes while the waitress laughed and joked with someone. Finally tried to flag her down and she said she was busy. Asked for a list of beers and she said they didn't have one (they do). Asked her what they had And she told me to go look at the beers over by where they have the drafts.
The food was good,but it was the first time that I've ever been asked if I "wanted to have some fun outside of here (Hotshots)."
