I'm not going to mince words; I was never good at it, and I'm not going to start now. Tonight I went to have a few beers and play some pool with a friend. For over an hour we failed to have one single server come up and greet us, ask us for a drink, anything. I think the final count was about an hour and a half. I could go on and on but let me sum it up as short and sweet as possible: 1) Server sees us sit down, walks in the other direction and flirts with table of drunk men 2) Finally get service, and get the wrong food 3) Manager asks US what THEY should do about the problem 4) Server says "Oops! Must not have been paying attention!" Laughs, no apology, and walks away 5) Woman with no uniform on (not sure if she's employed there or not) sits on the serving counter (where cooks place prepared food) in booty shorts. Terrible. Sucked balls . Honestly I'd rather get food and a drink from a 3rd world country.
I came in recently and had some of the worst service I have ever experienced. I had to go up to the bar and ask if our server was still there and to get my drinks. The other people that met me there, never got their drink or food order taken and had to order through the bartender. Normally this would be one thing but the fact that she came up to me at the end and said "is this all your going to tip?" Was the most unprofessional thing I've ever experienced. This place is the worst. I've been in there a few times and the girls always have a huge attitude with me for no reason. I remained sort of loyal to this place until I went in there the other day and was completely refused service! But they happily served my underaged friend without and ID. I had my son with me so I asked for a high chair which they didn't have. I wasn't really mad about that considering it's a bar environment.
