I came in there with my girlfriend when they made us wait over 15 minutes to get service. Not to mention our sleazy waitress Hila. The service was terrible! She was incredibly rude to my girlfriend, messed our order up, took forever to serve us anything, and not to mention she smells terrible! I had to hold my breath when she was standing at our table. I usually love this place - but had a waitress with a bad attitude, she wanted to leave, end of the day - then the new waitress clock in - i order a drink - 15 mins later she walked by - no drink , nothing . was not a good day here !

Food was ok but the service was very poor took 30-40 minutes to get service or reorder drinks.

The quality of the food was great. However, we had to wait sometimes 30+ minutes between having an empty glass and someone walking up to take another order. It's kind of a shame when you go to a bar and you can't get service to buy drinks. The worst part was at the bar wasn't packed. This is the second time I've been there and this is the second time that I've had very poor service

I believe Hotshots continues to have some of the best bar food in the area, but the service and professionalism gets worse every time I go there. Our waitress seemed fairly disinterested in serving us - walking by repeatedly without asking how we were doing. We eventually put our food order in with the manager when he stopped to ask if we were OK.
