Trying to watch the Blues v Wild game Sat 11/26 and its a massive hockey crowd; surround sound is the typical setting but rap music is whats being maxed out. The speakers cant take the bass- its obnoxious. I guess the .25 cents for the touch tunes is much needed for the crowd vs the surround sound of the music.

Unless you are a guy plan on waiting to be served! The waitress waited on 2 guys that came in after us. Then finally helped us. Never asked if we wanted another drink so finally we waited at least 15 min for our bill as she just kept walking past us! Awful service! No they were not busy she was just too worried about talking.

I have a food allergy and specifically asked for a certain item to be left off my wrap. After eating half my wrap, I discovered the item in my wrap. The waitress was very apologetic, but the manager never came over. Also, she told us our meal would be comp'd and only my meal was comp'd...still had to pay for my drink and my husbands food. I would had appreciated if the manager would of came over and talked to me.
First time going and there systems went down and wouldn't serve us
It was okay except for the so-so service from our waitress and the manager with the red goatee that thought he was a badass for playing rap all night. He really looks he's trying too hard.
Every time we've gone to HotShots we leave there thinking "it'll be better next time, they're busy, they must be new employees". Excuses. Excuses. It hasn't gotten any better. There was nothing I liked about it. It was dirty and the staff was deplorable.
