Food was good. Service not so good. We had a party of 7 and arrived at 11am when it opened. Waitress started off attentive but apparently had more important things to do (looked like family visitors). Had to ask another waitress for quite a few items. Took forever for our bill and asked for a take out box. She eventually brought our bill but no boxes. We again had to ask the other waitress for the boxes. First time at this location and have to say not impressed.

I had a nice server who smiled, but she seemed like the only one working in the whole joint! All the others were just standing around. Even one of the cooks was doing the same. I had a nice server like I said, but I feel like it's under staffed.
Poor service as usual. I never go to this bar unless invited by friends and each time I clearly remember why. If you can't hire and train good waitresses then your business will crash. The food is great, the gimmicks/themes are great but majority of your servers can't count, take orders or acknowledge customers in a timely manner. I've personally watched waitresses ignore customers and play around as if they didn't have a job to do. Not to mention stupidity. Never spending another dime in this location.

Disappointed that this place smells like cigarettes. What happened as this was not an issue before? Absolutely discusting atmosphere now and have no desire to return.

HI Amanda, Thanks for coming to visit us. We have a smoking area outside on our patio that has wind barriers to help keep folks warm. Because of that, the smoke does not disperse as quickly and sometimes comes in when the door is opened. The barriers will be removed soon for Spring and this will no longer be an issue and we are looking for a better solution for next Winter. We hope that you will come see us again soon!
When we walked in and found our table it took over 20 mins for our waitress to even come to the table so we could finally order our drinks and terrible service followed....not to mention she was very chunky and stuff was hanging out all over the place and she shouldn't have been wearing that ref outfit in public! It made me pretty uncomfortable!
