We went to Hot Shots today to watch the Blues game because we have been seeing the advertisement for “Home of the St. Louis Blues Fan”. We requested the sound on to hear the game, but we were told by the manager that the jukebox takes precedence. Very disappointed because it was not a good place to watch and hear the Blues game. Sara our server was great, food was good although beverages are overpriced.

On 10-20-19 6pm ended up walking out after sitting at our table for 15 minuets without a server even coming to our table. The Manager had came by and brought us our drinks. It was pretty slow and we could see the servers all standing around looking at their phones. Obviously their social media was more important than serving customers.
I ordered some food thru door dash to be picked up. Had a friend pick up my food for as I am at work. I ordered the gyro tacos. No special instructions. And I opened my box & it’s just lettuce and meat. No onions or feta or tomatoes. And that’s what I look forward to is the whole shabang not just meat... if I wanted that I woulda went to Taco Bell. So I tried to call the bar to see if I could speak to a manager & I got hung up on 3 times. Then just let the phone ring. So I ended up eating it bc I was hungry... but I’m HIGHLY... read more
Still a smoking establishment
One of the worse experiences I’ve ever had. Britney was horrible. Not personable at all!!! Would rather spend time with her boyfriend and manager Dustin than serving the customers!! Witnessed customers helping themselves multiple times cause Britney was unavailable! Absolutely terrible!!! Moved to Sara’s bar and had a awesome time!!!!
