This place is a joke. Worst service ever, unprofessional. Could have had a big tip and a lot more drinks bought if they would have been attentive to the large group that I was a part of. Love Hotshots, but never this one again.
This place is a joke. Food is prepared aweful. Waitress lied to my face and she forgot to place our order.
Took a while to get service but once we did our waitress was filling our drinks almost non stop. Was bummed the UFC fights were not on at all last Saturday night though.
We didn't know it was smoking. Our server did not know what type of scotch was served and brought out bourbon. She was very apologetic. The food was good. We all had pizza and salad. Music was way too loud and did not know who it was!
The bartender was busy flooring with some guy at a table all the time we were here to actually make drinks in a timely manner. Our server ran her tail end off. Very under staffed. Not happy with this experience
