They have a terrible policy for charging debit cards. An automatic $25 is charged even if you are sitting at a table, our card was charged 3 times in a row at $25 and they offer nothing to fix it. Also TERRIBLE service!!! The server was clueless

We sat down for 10 minutes and no acknowledgment at all so we left We are even frequent diners

We walked in and it was super muggy and smelled awful. The carpet was stained and I immediately regretted having brought my family here for lunch. To top it off our waitress was rude and didnt check on regularly. We were asking her about prices and she was definitely irritated. She gave us our bill after we had to ask for it after waiting 20 minutes for her to check on us, and the price of an item was wrong from what she had told us. The smoke is unbearable! We couldn't even stay till the end of watching the baseball game.

The service was ok, but the food was horrible! The pizza was so thin and looked like cardboard it was disgusting. My boyfriend had a burger and the meat was thin what was the point of it and he could barely it eat it was gross! We did not know it was a smoking place, so the whole time all we smelled was smoke while eating, we were not thrilled at all. When you walk in there is no hostess or sign to seat yourself so we just stood there for several minutes until we sat ourselves. I do not recommend this place.

This is our dart team's home bar, and even though we bring regular business on Tuesday nights, we routinely get terrible service. Unfortunate. We'll have to find a new home bar for darts each Tuesday next season. Go to a different local hot shots if you don't want to be charged for things you didn't order because I've had GREAT service elsewhere.
