Been coming here for 5 years or more to watch the Packers game every Sunday during football season. Last week they stopped serving food at 12:30pm and we weren’t notified until 1:30 or 2pm that they weren’t serving food— apparently they were so backed up w orders. My brother didn’t even know what he ordered as it did not come like it was advertised on the menu. The place wasn’t as busy as it usual is. picking up orders from this location is always a chore. The bartenders are rude or at least one in specific is rude. Several times I've gone in and told them what I was there to pick up and they simply turn around and walk away without so much as one moment I'll check on that. And then they return from the kitchen after I assume having checked on it and don't say a word to me. No that'll be up in a moment and know I'll be about 10 minutes nothing. poor quality food way to expensive for quality. portions on tacos are a joke. iceberg lettuce is garbage for 9$ tacos have your chef go to mission and see how a real taco is made. no mint in my Moscow mule. was charged 2.50 for a shot of ginger beer keep in mind thats a soda no alcohol. server was nice as pie tho

We do to go good from there often and this time was awful! The burgers were like bricks and the food not fresh at all. I hope they just had an off night.

I came to pay my respects to Officer Langsdorf even though I never knew the man or any of his family. It took 25 minutes to get the mini tacos appetizer and another 25 minutes to get the gyro tacos with tater tots. Both were cold when I got them. I have eaten twice at this Hot Shots, and my experiences each time were below average. It will take another event to bring me back.

Horrible service. 4:00 on a Wednesday only 6 people in the bar with bartender and 2 servers. Took 15 minutes to get a beer each time we ordered. Bartender left about every 20 minutes for a 10 minute smoke break. Servers sat in the back at a table and were on their phones the whole time. When the manager showed up he went back and sat with them on his phone the whole time.

Horrible service... Manager too busy playing pool to notice that all of our drinks are empty, and the servers are all hanging out talking.... pathetic!
