We have spent a lot of money playing pool and eating and drinking here, it's super close to where we live and we come there about once a week. We always tip more than 10%. We got there around 5:30 on a Tuesday and the place is pretty much a ghost town. Us and one other person are at the pool tables and barely anyone at the bar and other tables. Been coming here for 5 years or more to watch the Packers game every Sunday during football season. Last week they stopped serving food at 12:30pm and we weren’t notified until 1:30 or 2pm that they weren’t serving food— apparently they were so backed up w orders. My brother didn’t even know what he ordered as it did not come like it was advertised on the menu. The place wasn’t as busy as it usual is. picking up orders from this location is always a chore. The bartenders are rude or at least one in specific is rude. Several times I've gone in and told them what I was there to pick up and they simply turn around and walk away without so much as one moment I'll check on that. And then they return from the kitchen after I assume having checked on it and don't say a word to me. No that'll be up in a moment and know I'll be about 10 minutes nothing. poor quality food way to expensive for quality. portions on tacos are a joke. iceberg lettuce is garbage for 9$ tacos have your chef go to mission and see how a real taco is made. no mint in my Moscow mule. was charged 2.50 for a shot of ginger beer keep in mind thats a soda no alcohol. server was nice as pie tho
We do to go good from there often and this time was awful! The burgers were like bricks and the food not fresh at all. I hope they just had an off night.
