I came to pay my respects to Officer Langsdorf even though I never knew the man or any of his family. It took 25 minutes to get the mini tacos appetizer and another 25 minutes to get the gyro tacos with tater tots. Both were cold when I got them. I have eaten twice at this Hot Shots, and my experiences each time were below average. It will take another event to bring me back.
Horrible service. 4:00 on a Wednesday only 6 people in the bar with bartender and 2 servers. Took 15 minutes to get a beer each time we ordered. Bartender left about every 20 minutes for a 10 minute smoke break. Servers sat in the back at a table and were on their phones the whole time. When the manager showed up he went back and sat with them on his phone the whole time.

Horrible service... Manager too busy playing pool to notice that all of our drinks are empty, and the servers are all hanging out talking.... pathetic!
they didn't have no drinks. all there bottle where empty.

Went here to watch the blues game with a group of friends but they refused to put the blues game on the big screen and instead had the cowboys game on. We were surrounded by disappointed people in blues gear hoping to see their home team play on the big screen! Also, the service was terrible! It took way too long to get drinks and a few of our drink orders were forgotten multiple times!

The service was horrible. Had to ask several times for our drink orders, finally started going to bar and getting our own drinks. The food was ok, not bad, not great. The atmosphere is great to watch a game though
The food was ok. The wait time was awful for those of us who got our orders. The rest of us they forgot the order......
If I could give 0 stars I would we came in for happy hour service was terrible I have never ever written a review but we come in quite frequently and treat our servers well one because I am a server! I understand what it is like to work for tips however when a guest comes in for happy hour and orders off the happy hour menu pizza and wings and the server rings in wrong food and forgets the topping we order.
