Horrible service... Manager too busy playing pool to notice that all of our drinks are empty, and the servers are all hanging out talking.... pathetic!

Went here to watch the blues game with a group of friends but they refused to put the blues game on the big screen and instead had the cowboys game on. We were surrounded by disappointed people in blues gear hoping to see their home team play on the big screen! Also, the service was terrible! It took way too long to get drinks and a few of our drink orders were forgotten multiple times!

The service was horrible. Had to ask several times for our drink orders, finally started going to bar and getting our own drinks. The food was ok, not bad, not great. The atmosphere is great to watch a game though
The food was ok. The wait time was awful for those of us who got our orders. The rest of us they forgot the order......
If I could give 0 stars I would we came in for happy hour service was terrible I have never ever written a review but we come in quite frequently and treat our servers well one because I am a server! I understand what it is like to work for tips however when a guest comes in for happy hour and orders off the happy hour menu pizza and wings and the server rings in wrong food and forgets the topping we order. Just wondering about your marketing for Blues specials. The picture on your insert page has a girl holding Bud Light and that's not even included in game day specials! Nor is any beer for that matter. There are also pictures of wings, and the waitress informed us the blues sampler special appetizer for game days doesn't have wings, they are replaced by mozzarella sticks. Very confusing and frustrating. You should probably put pictures of what's actually included. On a positive the service was pretty good.
Worst service I have ever had. It took two hours for us to get four drinks each. Normally, I am sympathetic towards waitstaff, especially if they are busy, but this was not the case. Our waitress took at least 15 minutes to retrieve our beers, or do other tasks, every single time. She seemed much more interested in flirting with customers that weren't even hers or gossiping with coworkers, and it gets worse.
