Very disappointed in the sliced brisket sandwich. The the basket was hard and dry. As a cook I would never serve that to anybody.

Non smoking unlike some of the other hotshots around. Please level the pool tables though.

I like hot shots. Good food, good prices, and lots of games to play. What I don't like is not playing sound for games and you generally have to listen to really awful music on the jukebox. I know that everyone has different tastes in music. But I do think you drive away a good base of customers with all of the mainstream awful music that seems to get played there every time I am in.
