RecommendedThis hospital is the best. I’ve never felt so cared for. After a total knee replacement, every single staff member was kind, efficient, and concerned for my comfort. I am so grateful that I was able to be treated at Houston Physicians Hospital.
I can't say I enjoyed being there, but if I had to in a hospital, this one is THE best. From check in, to post op and discharge I received efficient, excellent care. Two stand outs are Deana and Curtis, both nurses. I was in a lot of pain and it didn't seem like the meds were working. The nurses worked together to try and find another type that might help, then they requested orders from the Dr. to get my pain under control. It worked! i had major back surgery there in december of 2014. doctor kim garges, as well as his nurse elizabeth and the staff were spectacular. doctor garges is superman. and they did it on christmas eve/christmas to accomodate my insurance needs. i was the only patient there. if i need anything else like that, physicians' hospital and doc garges is where i'm going.

This is where you want to be for a full knee replacement! The staff was very competent and gracious . The preoperative blood work along with precheck in was very smooth. Everyone was very nice the morning of surgery. Dr. Anthony Melillo was amazing! I am so thankful to have him as my surgeon.
