Great staff this morning starting at 4:30 am. Everyone was so helpful and made sure I was comfortable before, during and after surgery. Dr. Allen is an outstanding surgeon but the support staff is what makes him look so good. Everyone nurse that supported my through the process was super friendly and made sure I knew what was going to happen next and always made sure to answer any questions I had. My dad had a knee replacement yesterday and has been so happy with all the in patient care he has received over the 2 days he has been there...he had a nurse named Bill on day one that he absolutely loved too! He leaves tomorrow and i can’t say enough about this hospital!

I have stayed at many hospitals in my 65 years on this earth and by far Houston Physicians Hospital is the best. From Dr. Vanderweide a super orthopedic surgeon who performed my total knee replacement even saying a prayer with me before he did the surgery. Also every nurse, tech, admin person., lab/ex-ray tech, rehab personnel, heck even the food was good. You push the call button or make a request they immediately respond. I had surgery just yesterday and I will say this.......I have never felt so calm and eased. The staff is above amazing. I will use this hospital when one is needed. Top notch without a doubt!!
