I saw Dr.Niel for wisdom teeth extractions and couldn't be more pleased with my experience. I elected to stay awake for the procedure and was nervous but Dr.Niel and staff made me feel very comfortable and the procedure was done quickly with no complications or issues. He addressed all my concerns and questions I had before and after the procedure. They also put me on a cancellation waitlist and was able to get me to see Dr.Niel sooner! I would absolutely come back and I am glad I chose this practice!

I had called in today to try to get an appointment for my daughter, the lady that answered the phone was extremely dismissive. Did not wish to even schedule the appointment. I thank the lord this place is not for me, because if this is how they treat new patient NO THANKYOU. Ms. Ma'am when you read my review thankyou, thankyou for showing me the true identity of this office. When a place does not want my service I will take my business elsewhere. Best Dentist experience ever. Had 2 wisdom teeth removed, and Dr Niel and his team was phenomenal. Great experience overall and I am beyond grateful to have been referred to him. If I could give 10 stars I would. Thank you for all you do.

The Howard County Oral Surgery practice did terrific job in my two visits. All included in the practice were professional, friendly, respectful and efficient. The practice had top rate infection control procedures. The only thing that I had never experienced was their collection practice. They collected their fee before being examed, xrayed or treated and even while I was in the dental chair. Even though I did not have dental insurance, I felt that was over the top. Dr Neil was very helpful-answered all my questions and gave me his honest opinion. Went over my options with no pressure. Staff very helpful and friendly. I have great fears of anyone working in my mouth but felt enough at ease to schedule my tooth extraction soon.
