I saw Dr.Niel for wisdom teeth extractions and couldn't be more pleased with my experience. I elected to stay awake for the procedure and was nervous but Dr.Niel and staff made me feel very comfortable and the procedure was done quickly with no complications or issues. He addressed all my concerns and questions I had before and after the procedure. They also put me on a cancellation waitlist and was able to get me to see Dr.Niel sooner! I would absolutely come back and I am glad I chose this practice!
Tooth extraction doesn't rate high on my list of leisure activities, but the professional and friendly vibe at this place made it as stress-free as it could possibly have been. Dr Neil was very personable and explained every step of the process, and his attentive staff made sure that I was comfortable and followed up with a phone call later to check on me. I would definitely return to this place for any other oral surgery I might need.
I received excellent, professional care and would recommend Howard County Oral & Maxillofacial care to anyone needing oral surgery. The staff was very polite and all costs were explained before treatment began. 5 Stars all the way!
Dr. German and his staff are a well oiled machine. Everything from the initial consultation, surgery, and post op follow up have all exceeded my expectations. Dr. German sets the bar for excellence and I highly recommend him.
My 12-year-old daughter had 2 teeth extracted by Dr. German. My daughter was very nervous and was scared about having a IV put in. While the office staff and med tech were mostly lovely and patient, Dr. German rushed ahead with putting in the IV when she was clearly not calmed by laughing gas. When she started to cry because she could feel the IV going in, he told her to stop crying so loudly because she was going to scare other patients in the office.
