Brought a party of 13 to Casa Suenos - fabulous house with excellent service from the HRG staff. Everything was as promised and more - our drivers were always on time for any excursion, Eddie was fabulous with advice and setting up a great fishing trip. Loved the house and Costa Rica is the bomb!

Olga and Ricardo were fabulous. All they said was true. Take thier advise and u will be fine. The condo at BellaVista was fantastic. the restaurants are great. you do need a golf cart. pizza at Bachis is fantastic as well as the Chicken dish.Anyway, I will always use them when I come back.

Stayed at an HRG Vacation house in Costa Rica. It was a wonderful experience in a beautiful house and wonderful country. We had a housekeeper that was extremely friendly, diligent and professional everyday. The pool was also cleaned daily by a nice gentleman who also took great care of the grounds. Everything you could need is stocked in the home, just like being in your own house! We have been renting Casa Tropical at Los Suenos for over 6 years and continue to enjoy the experience. HRG has always been extremely professional and catering to any of our needs.
Hrg did exactly what they said they would do , on time , for the price they quoted . I would recommend them to anyone for accommodations and complete concierge services . From the time we stepped off of the plane until we re - boarded everything was handled in a manner any traveler would appreciate . The time I get to spend with my family is the most valuable of all and I appreciate the seamless , efficient, and professional service we received during our week at Los Suenos .
