great experience
We have stayed at Casa Tropical about 8 times per year for the last 4 years. After staying at multiple locations in Los Suenos prior to that, we could not be happier that we finally got to stay at Casa Tropical. The house is immaculate and the staff second to none. All the way down to the littlest of details is taken care of by Mike Hardy and his staff! We stayed in a beautiful 4000 sq ft 3 bedroom 3 1/2 bath condo in Marabella. The service was excellent and the property was gorgeous. I would highly recommend this unit if you're traveling with other couples or just want more space for you and the family. We worked through HRG Vacations to rent the property and the experience was excellent.
HRG is great to work with and has an outstanding staff. We had an incredible time at Casa Tropical, Casa Suenos and Casa Campana. The friendly staff has incredible knowledge of the area and assisted us with all of our activities - ATV, Crocodile Tour, Fishing, In-house chef, Airport transfers, ground transportation, helicopter tours etc. I can't give a higher recommendation!
Outstanding customer service!
Los Suenos is an amazing resort with everything that you need to have a great get-away. Top notch service, accommodations are amazing and the resort amenities are impeccable. Great restaurants, pools with amazing views, World Class marina. We will be back.
