Beware of Hudson Nissan of Charleston! I had a terrible experience purchasing a 2021 Nissan Armada from this dealership. Misleading sales tactics and confusing warranty options left me feeling pressured and uncertain. The vehicle I purchased was fine and the sales person I worked with was fine but the finance process was less than ideal. Finance dept assumes you’re going to opt into an additional package. When I declined the additional package they made a huge deal about it like I changed something on my end but I never agreed to it during the sales process. I left a $500. Deposit on a car. When I arrived to purchase it, it had a few major scuff. I declined to go forward with the purchase. Now they refuse to return my deposit. Total scam.

Brought car in for acceleration and possible transmission issues for repair. Their diagnosis was it needed a new air flow sensor and offered to buy the car for $100, I declined and authorized the repair. After they said the car was ready I asked if it's repaired, they said yes. I drove off the lot and was nearly hit by a car as my car stalled in the middle of the road, the car was now running extremely hot and the acceleration issues were worse and had to bring it right back in. We came to an agreement on the price and conditions that were to be met upon delivery of the vehicle and put down a deposit. We waited for 5 days ( to account for a major storm and Nana's day off) to receive the vehicle and the work that was promised was NOT DONE. No explanation. No apologies. Just NOT DONE. This is the worst experience of my life. These people sold me a 2021 lemon and have washed their hands of it and me. I had to put new tires on this car out of my own pocket the first month and now 4 months later my air conditioner isn’t working and I have to pay for that too. I am told if it would’ve happened in the 1st 30 days it would have been under warranty, because everyone uses the ac in march. Never ever buy a used car from this dealership, I was just a sell never a customer.

Having oil leak from front cover after timing belt was done in January 2024. Went to kenny to see if warranty would cover; they ignore oil leak (cover under front of engine has oil, indicates a leak). Would like to discuss with shop manager. Has never leaked until after timing belt work.
