The Customer Service There is Horrible and I will not ever come back there.They don't Greet u with open arms at all just Horrible.
It should not take two hours to get an oil change. I should have gone to speedy lube. They were not apologetic at. all.
Check engine light still on, and now it's saying the engine is overheated, haven't had the car 3 weeks
Me and other customers had appointments on April 27th and waiting times was from 2 - 3 hours. The purpose of appointments is to eliminate extensive waiting.
Very poor communication to the customer about what is going on with my car.after being in the shop since March. Just got it today.
I only still go here because I have qremaining free old changes. Once I'm done I won't anymore. Service guys are condescending and talk down to women. I don't trust anyone there anymore. Sad what it's become because we bought several cars from Morris Nissan.
He was very helpful, timely and knowledgeable with my car! I appreciate him very much.
No body work done and prices to high when the customer needs something fixed door
I think it ridiculous to charge and astronomical amount for something that probably wouldn't have happened had I had a Man with Me. Fortunately, one was with Me when I got the call and was told by My Serviceman what the price was and told Me to cancel the order. What I need was goint to be $700 versus $60 what I actually paid elsewhere. I except Dealers to be higher,but really!!!
