This dealership has an awful scheduling service that doesn’t communicate. Cliff and the service team did everything they could to try to make things right. The extended warranty I bought through Hudson Nissan at the time of purchase at Hudson Nissan somehow isn’t in the system when repairs are quoted. The finance manager was amazing and found the warranty for me. Think his name was Jay but either way he was great. Very disappointed. I live in sumter and i was told I would be able to use the extra care plan at the dealership service center in Sumter. When I went to get serviced at the Sumter dealership they refused to accept the extra care plan and I was forced to drive an hour and 45 minutes to the Charleston dealership and 2 and a half hours back due to traffic.
The associate was nice but the wait was too long, he did warn me of the time!
Stop sending these to me this is aleast 4 times. It took to long to work on my car.
He didn’t notify me that the recall camera was no longer in stock. The entire reason I booked my appointment when I did. He could not recall information about my car that I needed repair on when he called. He was supposed to call me back this morning to set up a time to reschedule the recall appt and never did. Very disappointing and unprofessional.

I had an 9:45 oil change appointment and waited 3 hours. Nobody should wait that long with an appointment. I was told they probably didn’t have the oil filter in house which is why it took so long. I asked why wouldn’t Nissan have the oil filter in house if they knew I was bringing my car in to get serviced. This is a car that I purchased at Nissan. I was told they don’t operate that way. Our salesperson Angel was wonderful until he received our check. Once the check was in his hands, we were just a thought. I had to ask how did he start the vehicle with the remote. He showed my husband then turned to go speak with his co-workers. I had to contact the manager concerning Angel not showing my husband how to work the truck as well as the truck was shaking when you went over 65 mph. We were told by the manager to bring the truck back so that it could be checked as well as for Angel to show my husband how to work ... read more
