Advisors are very knowledgeable and they do not know an answer, they do there best to find someone that does. The customer service lounge is very nice, clean and has a welcoming atmosphere.

Service was good as usual. Service was good as usual. I felt like the advisor really didn't listen. I told him I was having an issue with my break light. The issue was never checked. All other services were done as requested. Just tired of waiting and wanted to go home so I didn't make a fuss about it. He really didn't listen.
