service okay. service okay... I have had my Nissan for 12 months. I have only 7, 700 miles on the car. I have followed the maintenance completely. I had a tire with a nail in it... I thought it could be patched, as nail was in the near center of the thread. I was told, it couldn't be patched or guaranteed and I would need a new tire. The tire was $311.00...No I'm not happy as I wasn't even given the opportunity to keep my old tire... My rental, with 7,700 miles and no what so ever, discount, price reduction is upsetting.. After completing the services I came there for, I notice After completing the services I came there for, I notice my rearview mirror had been broken and sat back in place. I brought it to my advisors attention & he called the manager to take a look. They said they would order the part to fix it. I got a call a couple days later that the part was in & they set an appointment for me to come in. Dropped my vehicle off that day, they called said it was ready a few hrs later. Usually the service is bad at this dealership. Usually the service is bad at this dealership. I scheduled an appointment and after waiting for 21 minutes for someone to recognize me I went into the service dept and told them to cancel my appointment. They offered me service for free so I accepted
