Your service is trash. Your service is trash. Last time I went up there I was told two different things. Need to do a refresher course and work on your communication. I learned y’all just want my money and don’t want to really help.
This was the first time in many years that I went to This was the first time in many years that I went to Hudson Nissan North Charleston that I have ever felt less than as a customer. There was a total breakdown in communication. I did not appreciate being talked down to and I will never set foot in that establishment again. I’m so disappointed in the service advisor and her supervisor. The automotive repair was fine.

My car is worse than the way I left it. My car is worse than the way I left it. I don't think they diagnosed the actual issue and just took my suggestion of what was wrong and charged me for it. When the service advisor said, "you may still hear that noise" , I immediately knew my car wasn't fixed. I drove the car a couple of days to be sure I wasn't overreacting and my car is louder than I remember. I usually get Hunter or Mrs. I usually get Hunter or Mrs. Cynthia but she retired and hunter was not available. This was my third time being over charged for a part that cost no more than $40. Most recently the starter went out but it was under warranty. Fusible link cost no more than $40 however she said it was $231 for a fusible link . $100 for deductible. 331 to repair my car .
