Patrick Martens, my Service Representative, was excellent. Attentive, knowledgeable and not "pushy". Altho I had an appointment for an oil change; my total wait was 2 hours. Excessive!!

This was my first time getting service at this location and my Advisor was Jake Brock was awesome. While I was there Jake kept me inform of each stage my car was going thru and he also estimated my wait time which was very reassuring to me.
