I was greeted immediately upon arriving at the dealership. Jake was very helpful and explained everything in detail. I asked about a key for my locking lugs. I was given the option to remove them completely at no charge. Then instructed I could have a seat in the lobby.
Patrick Martens was very nice and understanding about the problems with my car and very knowledgeable about how to go about the repairs. He arranged my ride to get home so I don't have to wait at the lobby for 4hrs. Thanks!
