Jake is fantastic! He's always so positive and goes the extra mile. He explained everything thoroughly and made me feel I was the only thing that needed his attention at that moment. Give that guy a raise!
Steve helped me yesterday getting the parts I needed to fix my Sentra. He was super helpful and made it a pleasant experience.
I came in for a recall software update and ended up needing a brake fluid change unbeknownst to me. I was happy with everything for the most part. I was a little disappointed that I was just notified that I needed to do a brake fluid change every 20,000 miles to stay compliant with my powertrain warranty as I try to stay compliant with that so I do not lose it for any reason. I did end up doing it, but I am at 28,000 miles and $200 is a lot to come up with last minute when you have a newborn.

The service was good. There were several mechanics out that day and a lot of people so it took a bit longer.
Upon arriving, I was helped right away. I was due for my 60k mile maintenance, and Jake explained everything to me in detail. I was notified right away when my car was ready. Thanks for being thorough and efficient!
