Above and Beyond! We found a 2017 Titan XD that Hudson Nissan had on their lot. We were interested but the dealership was a 2 hour drive away. Mike Garris, the internet sales manager, contacted me before opening of business the next day. Within an hour, Mike sent a personal video, showing us the inside and outside of the vehicle, it was the perfect way to see the details. VIP Treatment the Whole Way! The customer service in Hudson Nissan is stellar. When we first talked to a salesperson on the phone, we were at a dealer in Savannah. I said we had seen the same truck on their lot and wanted to know details because it was slightly less and I did not know if it would be worth the drive. Within minutes, I had a 360 video of the truck - inside and out - that was on their lot. New Nissan Murano Midnite Edition Erik Kane and Mike Garris really came thru for me. I had an issue with the first Murano that had damage upon delivery. Erik came thru and My wife Allyson is so happy with her new Black Murano Midnite edition.
