I don't plan on ever bringing my Infiniti back. My inner wheels are scratched due to the tech using a screwdriver to remove the wheel weights and gouged the paint finish, A pillar had grease on it when I picked the car up and all four tires had four different air pressures.
Came in for oil change at 730 am and left at 930am, called ahead and first service of the day.
My drivers side headlight bulb went out so I went to the dealership to get both replaced. They tried to charge me $300 per bulb not including labor since it's a HID bulb. I got someone else to get the bulb which was $95 with taxes and got them to install it in less than 10 mins. Never going back to this dealership again. It's crazy how they try to overcharge ppl.
Worst dealer I ever experienced. They pat the interest rate to screw you and force you to finance thru them. Managers would not even return call and made the poor salesman do the dirty work. I would never recommend this dealer to anyone. They are the prime example of the bad reputation that dealers have
The service department is awful. They sell lemon vehicles & worthless warranties & simply Don’t Care.
Untruthful and lack of integrity! !! I drove two hours to see and test drive a car on their lot. When I arrived I was told that it needed a repair possibly. Loved the car and told them to check on the status of the repairs with their service department and then we would purchase. They continued to stall on having the repair evaluated (at least that was what they told us). DO NOT BUY A CERTIFIED PRE-OWNED VEHICLE from HUDSON NISSAN . My husband and I purchased a Nissan Armada from Nissan about a year and half ago! Worst decision we every made! I was 7 months pregnant and looking for a larger vehicle for a growing family. At the time they sold me a vehicle that had a leak in the AC which they placed Freon in to get us to purchase the vehicle. A week into purchasing the vehicle I was melting from the AC not working. I usually they don't write reviews but. The service I received was poor. I had already got pre qualified for one vehicle but when we took it for a test drive my husband didn't like it. He said it was too small so I ask salesman Max can we see another vehicle. So he came back with a suv that was Leaking oil really bad so we had to pick another suv to try we drove it like it and went to Finalize deal .well the numbers where too high so I ask salesman Max to find us something that will work .Max and his Gm Refuse to show me any... read more
will never buy a vehicle from this dealership again nor trust them to work on my vehicle. I might’ve expected dishonesty and trying to scam money from some hack auto shop but wouldn’t have expected from here, my mistake.
