Had some difficulty getting the MRI scheduled due to a disconnect between the MDs office getting the order processed though the imaging center. Required several phone calls. During the actual appointment, the staff were very nice. However, the music being played was very loud, perhaps in an effort to mask the MRI sounds. But loud music combined with loud machine sounds was pretty uncomfortable. Please consider providing disposable soft foam ear plugs during MRI procedures.Ā

I arrived early because there wasn't much traffic and they took me in right away! The procedure was very short, well explained and I got out early. It was very professional and the staff were kind and I was well taken care of.Ā
