Professionalism, explaining what’s about to transpire, making what could have been an uncomfortable and unpleasant experience a tolerable one. Front desk found my appointment information very quickly. MRI tech explained in great detail what I was about to go through. Propped my legs without me having to ask, which made having to lay motionless easier on my back. Offering me a blanket, told me that she anticipated what I needed.

My visit at Hinting-Hill was excellent. My check-in was super fast. The staff was welcoming and kind. My technician was also welcoming and kind. Throughout the exam, she checked in with me to ensure I was comfortable. She provided next steps and expectations. Overall, a fantastic experience. 😊
