The receptionist was most helpful, pleasant and efficient in assisting me to check in. The two MRI technicians were very kind, explained well what I would be experiencing, ensured that I was in the machine comfortably and my hearing was blocked as much as possible. After the MRI, they assisted me to sit up, and were very pleasant.

I was going to be a little late due to a traffic snarl on the way to the clinic. Called to let them know but ended up arriving on time. Registration was fairly quick so I made my appointment. Staff didn’t miss a beat and had me on schedule which allowed them to finish on time. Well done!
