The Pasadena location is heads above the Glendora location! How much better is it? I drove an hour and 20 min to my appointment when I could have driven 10 min to Glendora. There is a difference in locations with staff and service. Whatever it is you guys are doing there, keep doing it! Everyone in Pasadena is excellent!
I showed up a day early my mistake. The intake team still managed to fit me in so I didn’t have to make a return trip. The X-ray techs were professional, patient and friendly.
The staff was very nice, very informative, and provided all the necessary information I needed. I felt 100% comfortable and safe. A very nice group of individuals.

IF there was a 10 star grading i will choose #10. Being a person that spent 30 yrs in the medical field ,there is absolutely not one thing i could have a comment about .EXCEPT, What an exceptionally kind care you provide for all your patients. The front desk clerical staff, assists everyone with respect .Old young, middle age, unfamiliar with todays digital world, different language, no matter what, it is done in a manner that leaves one in awe :)......
