everything was great, except that my original appointment got postponed for a full week, delaying the process

I had an X-ray on my back. Check in was easy. I was in and out in about 20 minutes. Everyone was very pleasant and helpful.
The appointment was on time. My technician was extremely kind, helpful and knowledgeable.
Technician was very professional and respectful. I dont remember his name though
On time, kind staff, especially the MRI techs. I was pretty scared and they made it calm and easy.
