Overall experience and staff was excellent. However, I was not called from waiting room until 45 minutes after my scheduled appointment, and I had scheduled the appointment to coincide with my normal lunchtime thinking I could just take a longer lunch.

Your team did an amazing job to put my anxiety at ease and proceed with my scheduled MRI despite unforeseen circumstances. I was unable to receive sedation to due recently learning of a pregnancy and the staff were extremely patient, compassionate, understanding, and professional. They went the extra mile and I’m truly grateful.
