When I arrived for my appointment to have an ultrasound the staff at the front desk were very professional and personable. I felt welcomed there. Also Jeannie, the young lady who performed my ultrasound was very friendly, professional and made me feel very comfortable.

I was told to arrive 15min ahead of appointment time (yes, I made an appointment for 10:45am, and I pre-registered on line); I was 25min early so some of my wait time was my own fault. When I arrived, Registration was amazingly fast - no more than 2 minutes. I then reported to the waiting room and my wait began. More and more patients added to the waiting population, but no patients were called back for their exams. First, thank you for sharing your feedback with us. I can only imagine how frustrating your experience was, and I'm sorry you had to wait so long to be seen. Not to excuse the poor service, but I want to share with you what is happening. Staffing at radiology centers across the country is terrible right now. We get more technologists hired and trained, and then more staff change jobs (often to hospitals where the pay is higher).
