Efficient check-in with friendly & knowledgeable staff, not too long of a wait. Kind and articulate technician, Najoe, with clear information on my procedure. Dr Yoshida (?spelling) was professional good communication with technician & good explanation of all she was doing. After procedure both Najoe/Dr. gave clear instructions as to detailed after care. (Wonder if a copy could be texted, emailed or presented after biopsy in case patient needs reminders?)

Waited 20 min pass my appointment time. Person who called me in and asked screening questions was efficient, but not welcoming. Technician asked if I had an MRI before. After I said yes, they didn’t give me anymore directions. I had to ask about my shoes and the length of MRI. (Last MRI was 2 years ago).
