I was told to arrive 15min ahead of appointment time (yes, I made an appointment for 10:45am, and I pre-registered on line); I was 25min early so some of my wait time was my own fault. When I arrived, Registration was amazingly fast - no more than 2 minutes. I then reported to the waiting room and my wait began. More and more patients added to the waiting population, but no patients were called back for their exams. Not to excuse the poor service, but I want to share with you what is happening. Staffing at radiology centers across the country is terrible right now. We get more technologists hired and trained, and then more staff change jobs (often to hospitals where the pay is higher). We have tried to balance the schedules, but unfortunately sometimes people leaving are not giving... read more
I am very happy with the service. I was able to make appointments; you call my insurance and get it approved, so I’m all set .. And the gentleman at Cordova that gave me my Mammogram was very nice and clear. Anna that gave me my ultrasound at Fair Oaks was also wonderful

Checking in was quick and easy. The wait time was short. The nurse was very kind and reassuring despite I was so nervous and scared. She did everything to make me comfortable. The doctor also was also very reassuring and explained what he was going to do completely. The biopsy was quick with minimal pain as he said. Thank you!
